MemEx Intelligence

Understand what’s happening. Know what to do next.

MemEx Intelligence brings together your organisation’s data, knowledge and rules so AI can investigate real questions, explain what it found and help your team turn the result into action.

MI Package Designer

MemEx Intelligence is the context layer Wattle builds above the MemEx Experience Platform: Context Engine, AI & Reasoning, Digital Specialists and Operations.

MemEx Intelligence — a question answered with its finding, sources and gaps attached.

What it looks like

What a question looks like

"Why is retention falling in the Northern branch?"

The answer comes back with the finding: lapse in that branch is running above the national rate, concentrated in Associate grade among members of three to five years' standing, and the pattern starts after the branch levy increased.

It comes back with its sources: the subscription records, the levy schedule, the grade rules.

It also tells you what it could not establish, so your team knows where more information is needed. No exit-survey responses were recorded for that branch after March, so nothing here accounts for what members said on the way out.

The same answer in the CRM, beside the member record it is about. Finding, sources, gaps, and a button that turns it into an action.

Architecture

The four parts

Context

Context Engine

Your organisation's knowledge, held as a governed asset you own, independent of whichever AI reads it.

Evidence

AI & Reasoning

Governed access to the systems you already run. Every answer arrives with its sources and its gaps, and none of it is tied to one AI provider.

Agents

Digital Specialists

Merren, Edrin and Vale — membership, events, and everything across the organisation. They notice what changed, investigate it, and prepare an action for a person to approve.

Ops

Operations

Findings, investigations, decisions and outcomes, kept together in one record rather than scattered across meetings and inboxes.

Differentiation

What makes it different

Your organisational knowledge is yours

The Context Engine holds your terminology, your grade rules, your policy and your history as a governed asset — versioned, permissioned and auditable — outside any model. Change AI provider and it comes with you.

Every answer declares what it could not find

Responses carry their sources, what was looked for and not found, and whether a list is a sample rather than a total. Declaring a gap makes a demonstration look less impressive and makes the answer far more useful.

It already knows what a grade means

A general-purpose AI layer pointed at a membership database has to infer what a grade, a lapse or a regrade is, and it infers from column names. MemEx Intelligence does not have to infer any of it.

Where it works

One intelligence platform. Wherever your team works.

Microsoft Teams

Ask questions, receive proactive alerts and work with Digital Specialists in Teams.

MemEx CRM

Bring intelligence, recommendations and actions directly into the member and organisation records your team works with.

MemEx Intelligence Workspace

Investigate questions in depth, explore trends and follow findings through to outcomes.

MemEx Member Portal

Bring relevant, personalised intelligence directly into the member experience.

Your own AI client

No requirement to use ours. A client your organisation already runs can read the same governed context, under the same permissions.

Operations

From answer to action

Operations carries what you learn through to something happening. A finding is recorded with its evidence, investigated, and decided — with who decided and on what basis. The action a person approves is created in your CRM, and the outcome is recorded against the decision that caused it.

Officers, committee members and volunteers change on a regular cycle by design, so the reasoning behind a decision needs to outlast the people who were in the room.

Proof

We run our own business on it

MemEx Intelligence runs Wattle's support desk, our delivery portfolio and our account reviews. Every service conversation, every resourcing decision and every quarterly review draws its evidence from this platform.

We built it because we needed it, and it has been answering questions across a real business with real consequences.

Early access

We’re bringing MemEx Intelligence into membership organisations with a small group of early customers who want to help shape how it works for the sector.

Bring us a question you cannot currently answer.

Something that would take a week and three exports to get to.
