"Why has member retention dropped in our London region?"
The answer shows that member retention in the London region has fallen below the national average, with the biggest drop among Associate members of three to five years’ standing. It also shows that the decline began around the same time as an increase in membership subscription costs.
It shows the evidence behind the finding, including membership and renewal records, subscription pricing and membership grade information.
It also highlights what is missing. No exit survey responses have been recorded for the London region since March, so while the data shows where and when retention has fallen, it cannot yet tell us why those members chose not to renew.
